Stewart picked up our car after an accident and was the most efficient and compassionate. He was an excellent representative for this company. He spent time to clean up around the car and help check for personal items in areas that we couldn't safely access. In the future based on his performance, we'd use them again if in need!

Towed my vehicle on behalf of the City of Burlington for an alleged parking infraction. Zero communication from the towing company in regards to my vehicle being towed an it's whereabouts. After locating my vehicle, I paid the $100 release fee and was told my vehicle was in the tow yard where I could collect it. My vehicle had minor cosmetic damage to the front, was covered in dirt and was haphazardly left between two derelict vehicles. In addition, it was blocked in by a flatbed truck which prevented me from leaving. Customer service was incredibly poor and showed little to no care for my vehicle whatsoever. I would never willingly work with this towing company.

I cannot put into words how insanely helpful this company, its owner and all of the employees inside are. We had amazing service, our little 1500lb trailer tire was flat, and they came quickly to help. We had a lot of problems finding someone to take the job. Once they arrived with roadside assistance, they noticed our spare was no good, as well as the said tire, so they put in air for a temporary measure. We went and bought a tire, and then we drove over to their location so they could fix the tire despite them having a super busy schedule because we couldnt find anyone with open availability...when there they fixed it, then noticed that the other tire was also on its way out and helped us source another tire.... just so many hurdles jumped through with kindess. These guys bent over backwards to help us and that is just unwinnable service. It meant alot to us as we live 5 hrs away and were a bit stranded.

I'm sure other peoples' experiences are valid, but Tony was an absolute angel to me. I had a tire blow out on a busy road, late at night, after a long day at work. He got it safely to my home, gave me advice on local repair shops (I'm new to the area), and even helped me find tires that would fit within my budget. People this kind are hard to find these days, especially in this industry, so I hope this man gets a raise, in the meantime, he at least gets my praise. (rhyme not intended)

My vehicle was towed here not by request but because a driver was passing by when my accident occurred. I went to the tow yard a couple days after to retrieve my shoes and other items out my vehicle only to discover it was all missing. Mind you that the vehicle was locked, they gave me my key to unlock it and my stuff was gone. No one seems to know what happened to my stuff by again they had my keys. I know it was someone from the inside that did it but I wouldn’t dare recommend this place or either get all of your belongings out of your vehicle before they tow it. Then he advise me to call the police well sir I think you should call the police because it’s your business and the way his face looked he knew it was somebody on the inside that took it. Bunch of low life’s
